Criminal defense attorney Mark Pollard has practiced lawfor over 30 years throughout New York State. As an Assistant Professor at Medgar Evers College of the City University of New York, he has educated and mentored several individuals regarding the important aspects of implementing and managing a judicially integratable criminal justice system.

Mark has held prestigious government positions throughout his legal career.  He has served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, a Counsel for the New York State Assembly, General Counsel for the New York State Black and Puerto Rican Legislative Caucus, General Counsel for the New York City Board of Elections, and Counsel for the New York State Senate.

Additionally, Pollard has held many volunteer community leadership positions such as the chair of the Brooklyn NAACP’s Criminal Justice Committee and is an appointed member of Brooklyn’s Community Board 3.
